Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Sole Proprietor Nahusko Yaryna Oleksandrivna (hereinafter, the "Landlord") and guests booking apartments through the website md-apartments.com.ua.

By making a booking, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

The Landlord provides short-term apartment rental services in central Lviv. The service includes:

• Accommodation in the apartment for the selected period
• Cleaning before check-in
• Bed linen and towels
• Wi-Fi access
• 24/7 support during the stay

A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received. Available payment methods:

• Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard) via the WayForPay payment service
• Bank transfer to the Sole Proprietor's account
• Cash at check-in (by prior arrangement)

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: until 11:00
• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability

• Smoking indoors is prohibited
• Pets — by prior arrangement
• Quiet hours: after 22:00
• The number of guests must not exceed the number stated at booking
• The guest is responsible for the preservation of the property

The Landlord is not responsible for guests' personal belongings left in the apartment. In the event of damage to the property, the guest is obliged to compensate for its value.
